It begins.
RAWR DAY ONE!
End date: April 20thAccording to the raw books I (Sarah) conveniently left in Pittsburgh a "raw diet" is one that consists of 75% (by weight) or more of uncooked food and a "high raw diet" is one that consists of 50% or more.
NOTE: These numbers are based on my poor memory.
What our 25%: Tea, coffee, wine, beer, soy yogurt, nori wraps, hot sauce (questionable on raw state), and the common dark chocolate moments.
